Attributes are based on cuties genes and usually represent some visual characteristics of the cuties like eye color, moustache type, pet-kind, hair and other visual traits.
Every attribute belongs to a certain group of body-part. These groups are visually shown to players with different icons.
Known attribute groups for now are:
|Eye Color||Eye Form||Ears||Moustache||Unique||HairBack||Hair||Tail||Body||Mouth||Rarity-Fancy||Rarity-Unique||Head|
One Gene Attributes
As we know the different groups of attributes, lets look at pets who have similar attributes and check their genome for some similarities.
We are going to look for "Emerald" attribute that sits in "Eye Color" attribute group. Using the filter we can search for pets with this attribute.
Here are 3 different pet genomes. If we look closely at genome, then we know that position 25 in genes is responsible for eye color (from dominant genes).
All cuties have exact gene 25 and it's number "1". This means that "Eye Color" gene "1" will always be "Emerald".
Several Gene Attributes
Some attributes are created from several genes. They only appear if all the rules have been met (all the gene's have the appropriate numbers).
These attributes are considered rarer than "One Gene Attributes". These attributes mostly belong to "Rarity-Fancy" and "Unique" groups.
Lets look at attribute "Halfdan", there's currently only two pets in game with such attribute.
Excluding the "Recessive Genes", we look at only "Dominant Genes". Straight away we see that genes nr. 7, 8, 9 and 11 are equal to both pets.
From this we can perceive that in order to achieve attribute "Halfdan", pets have to have such combination of genes.
Tribute (fancy) Genes
Looking at attribute "group" you can notice that there are quite a few "Rarity-Fancy" gold attributes.
These are attributes that particularly are only found in tribute (fancy) cuties.
Similar to "Several Gene Attributes" these attributes also appear when several genes correspond.
There's in total more than 30 different Tribute cuties available in game, but only 2 have been found.
Few of them are listed down below and their corresponding genes. If you manage to breed a cutie with these genes, it will become a tribute one!

Attribute effect on Cuties stats
After update 1.10 when new battle system will be introduced - attributes will have an effect on overall adventure performance of the pet.
Attributes will provide different adventure bonuses to the cuties, - "Several Gene Attributes" gonna provide better bonuses as they are rarer than for example "One Gene Attributes".
